MIFOSHAPE! – an innovative sculpting powder mixture designed for model builders, diorama artists, and miniature landscape enthusiasts.
Based on an idea by Evan Daes from Minima Forma, MIFOSHAPE! was launched in December 2023. Since then, it has become a go-to material for creators looking to shape realistic terrains and rock formations with ease and precision.
A big plus; MIFOSHAPE! has a smooth texture and stays workable for a longer time, unlike other mediums. And that’s just naming a few pluses...
Extended working time:
Once mixed, you get about 30 minutes to shape and sculpt before it starts setting.
Fine texture:
Its smooth grain allows for high detail, ideal for realistic terrain modeling.
Lightweight:
Much lighter than traditional plaster, perfect for larger builds without risk of sagging or cracking.
Customizable mix ratio:
While flexible, a common ratio is 3 parts MIFOSHAPE! to 1 part water. Less water = faster drying.
Drying time:
It begins curing within two hours but fully dries over several days, depending on thickness and water content.
Enhanced detail:
Want sharper definition? Just add a spoon of wood glue to the mix.
Shelf life:
After opening, it stays usable for at least six months if kept dry and well-sealed.

MIFOSHELL! – is a plaster-infused modelling bandage designed for model railway and diorama builders. It's ideal for creating strong base structures like hills, terrain contours, and rock formations.
It measures 20 x 600 cm and is used as a foundational layer often combined with MIFOSHAPE! to add texture and realistic detail on top.
